How do I disable the Do Not Disturb feature on this phone? My Mom is unable to receive any phone calls or messages and it’s going straight to voicemail.
Also, how do I set up voicemail for her?

I am not ssure if the following steps can solve your problems: Select Settings than selectWiFi than selectMobile data and than call forwarding. Afterwards select the card. On my phone is than an error message but after selecting OK the menu is available.
