my friend is blind from birth. She has a BlindShell classic 2 and has used it for the past year or more. Just a day ago when she tried to do a search in the web browser it gave her the r u a robot challenge saying that there was unusual traffic on her network and she needed to prove she wasn’t a robot. Nothing she has tried has cleared this. Cleared browser cache/tabs, changed from WiFi to cellular, taken out battery and put back in. She’s stymied. Do you have someone who could help her?.
