Is anyone else having issues with the keypad randomly locking up? I think I know what is happening but don’t know how to fix it.
As you may know, this phone is just a standard seniors phone with custom software running on top of some flavor of Android. So what I think is happening is the keypad lock of the baxe phone is activating somehow. I think this because when it happens the side button, volume buttons and the back button still work, nothing else does. If there is a button combo for releasing this lock I’ve yet to find it. I’ve also yet to determine what activates this lock, it seems to happen almost at random.
The thing that sucks most about this is that, if I could use it on command, this keypad lock would beet the crap out of the keypad lock they’ve given us. I mean hold star for a second or two and it unlocks, I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve taken my phone out of it’s holster and found so many buttons had been pressed.
Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this I’d like to hear about it.
